We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our SolidWorks training, mentorship, and solutions services. However,
under certain circumstances, refunds may be granted as outlined below:

Failure to Assign an Expert
- If we cannot assign a qualified expert to meet your requirements, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Us
- If we cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Delivery of Service
- If the agreed-upon service is not delivered due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.
Delayed Service
- If delays occur due to our fault and affect the service timeline, you may request a refund or a complimentary service.
Partial Refunds
- If a service is partially completed but fails to meet the agreed requirements, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of work delivered.
- If additional information provided by the client after confirmation of the service changes the scope significantly, a partial refund may apply if the revised request cannot be fulfilled.

- If the service was delivered as agreed and met the original specifications.
- For delays caused by clients, such as late submission of required information or failure to provide necessary details.
- If clients request amendments or additions that fall outside the original scope of the service.
- If the client breaches the terms of service or uses the solutions inappropriately.
