We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our SolidWorks training, mentorship, and solutions services. However, under certain circumstances, refunds may be granted as outlined below:

Failure to Assign an Expert

  • If we cannot assign a qualified expert to meet your requirements, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Us

  • If we cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Non-Delivery of Service

  • If the agreed-upon service is not delivered due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.

Delayed Service

  • If delays occur due to our fault and affect the service timeline, you may request a refund or a complimentary service.

Partial Refunds

  • If a service is partially completed but fails to meet the agreed requirements, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of work delivered.
  • If additional information provided by the client after confirmation of the service changes the scope significantly, a partial refund may apply if the revised request cannot be fulfilled.
