Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

  • Training Sessions & Mentorship: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or rescheduling option at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will be eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling option.
  • No-shows or cancellations made after the session has started will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Us

  • In rare cases, if we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, expert unavailability), clients will be offered a full refund or a reschedule at their convenience.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact our support team.

Modifications & Special Cases

  • Clients may request modifications to their booking by contacting us in advance.
  • Special cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make exceptions based on the situation.
